Incredible race weekend!
The walk from the track shuttle drop-off at 15th and Trinity was unbearably long. Took the shuttle from downtown to the Loop-bus. The stops are really far apart, and the Loop-bus ran too far apart, not starting early enough. Some golf-carts were running for disabled people. They had a requirement for an ADA card, but plenty of people that were just fat got to ride past us in the line. They had no problem, but having a small child that gets exhausted from walking that far is not acceptable. Since the venue is brand new, I'll give them a pass for the lack of amenities at the track. It should be an over-all awesome experience assuming they'll fix these issues by next year. Sat in several different locations with general admission tickets at turn 1, turn 11, turn 4, and at the start finish line. Usually, there would be a lawn to sit on, but here it was dirt and rocks. Hopefully, next year it will be all nice lush lawn.
